Printing and finishing: 2 to 4 working days. Larger pieces sit at the longer end.

Inside Dhaka: 1 to 2 days after dispatch, so 3 to 5 days in total.

Outside Dhaka: 2 to 3 days after dispatch, so 5 to 7 days in total.

We send you a tracking number when your parcel leaves us.

Charges are calculated at checkout. TBC before launch: confirm these against your Steadfast rate card, and add a separate Dhaka rate if you want to charge less inside the city.

We ship nationwide with Steadfast. For bulk and business orders inside Dhaka we sometimes deliver ourselves, which is usually faster and lets us set the lamps up on site.

Available across Bangladesh. Pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person where you can.

Because each lamp is printed specifically for your order, we ask that you only choose cash on delivery if you intend to accept the parcel. Repeated refusals mean we may ask for payment upfront on future orders.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We print a replacement and ship it at our cost. You usually do not need to send the damaged one back.

This covers transit damage and printing faults.

Tell us within 24 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, as long as the print has not started.

Once a lamp is printing we cannot cancel it, because it was made in your colour for your order and cannot be resold. This is the trade-off for being able to choose the colour in the first place.

Unopened, undamaged lamps in a stock colour can be returned within 7 days at your delivery cost, minus the original delivery charge. Custom colours are not returnable unless faulty.
