Usually yes. The listed colours are what we keep on the shelf, so they ship fastest. Anything else we have to order in, which adds about a week and sometimes a small cost depending on the filament.

Yes, an LED bulb is included and fitted. Use LED only. These lamps are printed in PLA, which is a plant-based plastic, and it softens with heat. An LED runs cool enough to be safe. A filament or halogen bulb will deform the print and is not covered by replacement.

Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh, so you can pay the courier when the lamp reaches you. Card, bKash and Nagad are also accepted at checkout.

We replace it. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will print a replacement and ship it at our cost. You do not need to return the damaged one unless we ask.

This covers damage in transit and printing faults. It does not cover heat damage from using the wrong bulb, or drops after delivery, though we can usually reprint a broken part cheaply.

No. PLA softens in direct sun and in heat, and none of these lamps are sealed against moisture. They are for indoor, dry rooms. A covered balcony in the evening is fine. A windowsill in full afternoon sun is not.

Yes, and this is the one case where holding stock helps you. For cafes, restaurants, offices and hotels we can print a matched set in one colour and one finish so they are consistent across the room. Lead time depends on quantity. Message us with what you need and we will quote it.

Sometimes. We are a lighting shop, so that is where our finishing and wiring skill is, but we do take on custom work. Send a photo, a sketch or a 3D file and we will tell you whether we can do it well.
